Compiles and runs OK with ifx.

Command line with gfortran:
~/gfc16/bin/gfortran -fcoarray=lib -g test_team_*p_explicit.f90
-lcaf_shmem;./a.out


Note it might well be shared memory specific; I haven't checked yet.
