* tree-vrp.h (constant_range_value_p): Declare.
* tree-vrp.c (constant_range_value_p): New function.
(value_range_base::symbolic_p, value_range_base::singleton_p)
(get_single_symbol, compare_values_warnv, intersect_ranges)
(value_range_base::normalize_symbolics): Use it instead of
is_gimple_min_invariant.
(simplify_stmt_for_jump_threading): Likewise.
