thats pretty interesting. I would like to see that. I took a long walk
and look at this weekends NY Metro Expo and didnt even hear of such. I
did buy the best culture of orange pill bugs. Again...never heard of
such until I had them in my hand.
As far as I know they're 'pure' ciliatus. A few years ago I was on a
discussion list where the
blue-eyed cresties came up. At that time it was mentioned they do
happen, but not often. There was
no mention of them being crosses. I have seen several pictures of
blue-eyed cresties, and know
several people who have one, even heard of a breeder who supposedly
gets quite a few of them, but
I've never seen one up close and personal myself.
The pictures I've seen show fantastic looking cresties - the blue eyes
are unforgettable.
