Thanks to everyone who has edited and commented so far. It looks like we're
developing consensus on most of the document. As a reminder, the initial
plan was to close the document after today to major edits. If there is
anyone who needs more time, let me know and we can extend it some.
Otherwise, we'll take the next week (until Monday 7/5 to account for July
4th) to finalize the document. After that, we'll decide how to move forward
with forming the PMC, creating a roadmap, assigning subsystems, etc.

Thanks again for everyone who has contributed so far! I this this document
is going to help the gem5 community prosper for the foreseeable future.
