Okay I am running Windows 2003 server, The screens are a bit different but I believe I have had everything set already. Is anyone else out there with Rodopi running on 2003 that has the Customer support menu working?

I am trying to get the Customer Support menu working. I have it now so a customer can get to the "olsplus/customersup.html" but once they put in there reg and password it goes to the next screen put a pop-up comes up asking for "Network Password"

Allow anonymous access to the following physical sub-directories:

-- olsplus, olsplus-cgi,  usage-cgi  - these folders contain the customer interface files, thus everyone should have access to them.

This doc is for Windows 2000 and Rodopi 5.3; but should point you in the right direction.

I have looked at all permissions and can't find anything wrong.
