Hi IPMC members, I would like to propose a new project to the ASF incubator - Fury.
Fury[1] is a high-performance, multi-language, and automatic serialization framework powered by JIT and zero-copy. Ant Group owns this project, and they have agreed to sign the SGAs and CCLAs for the donation.
