Hi everyone, The XML Commons team is pleased to announce that version 1.2 of the XML Commons Resolver is now available. This release adds support for OASIS XML Catalogs v1.1 and contains several bug fixes and improvements.
Specifically, the changes introduced in this release are: * Added support for systemIdSuffix and uriSuffix as defined in the XML Catalogs v1.1 Committee Specification. * Added basic JUnit tests. * Fixed bugs in the XCatalog support. * Added the reason to the "Failed to create InputSource" message. * Fixed the use of "file: URLs". * Fixed improper use of String.replace. * Fixed a bug where the resolver was generating an incorrect base URL when user.dir is "/". * Modified ResolvingXMLReader to be namespace aware. * Fixed a bug in matching rewrites. REWRITE_SYSTEM and REWRITE_URI didn't work as specified. * Modified the resolver to detect and report unterminated comments in text catalogs. * Modified the resolver to set an EntityResolver on the SAX parser to be used for new XML documents that are encountered as a result of the document() function, xsl:import, or xsl:include.
