So, you subscribed to transgaming and downloaded cedega, it is a little hard to configure, specially if the game requires some special registry keys (by the way, what game are you trying to run?).
The easy way to use it is to install Point2Play, wich is a GUI for cedega that allows you to test your system, download the latest updates for all components (fonts, mozilla activex, versions of cedega), install and then run the game.
