Perhaps I'm being dense today, but I don't follow you. I was assuming the Atom box would hold the distfiles and the Gentoo boxes obtain them from it, one way or another. How are you assuming I'll fetch the files from Out There? I've tried relying on a Squid proxy, but often it doesn't keep the files I want - even after I've raised the file size limit to something like 80MB. -- Rgds Peter
