It might would but I can't recall WHY I set it to that. If I set it that way in package.use, which is rare for me, then I had to have a good reason. I need to start making notes on this stuff. ;-) It will likely be fixed pretty soon so as long as I don't have to upgrade, I should be OK with the one installed now. It was just a recompile from emerge -e world but I found it odd that it worked before but not the other day. If I have to tho, I'll keep that in mind. Thanks much.
