As I said, one way is to install gcc 4.5. Another is to build it manually:

Have a look around there. I’m not sure what files you need or about the
versioning, as this page says:
Looking for the latest version? Download gnat-gcc-4.2.0-r7.suse_10_2.x86_64.rpm
which is even older than what portage offers.
