[gentoo-user] how create perment mknod

dear friends,

i could connect my huawei fwt usb modem by compiling ti_usb_3410_5052 module. so now i need to create a perment link on /dev folder so how can i do it?

mknod /dev/ttyUSB0 c 188 0 [create tempory nod, how to create perment nod?]
