Mask it. Wait for Nvidia to update. xorg-1.19.901 doesn't work with nvidia 390.25...I've tried. The "901" version of xorg is actually 1.20_rc1. There's also a permissions problem floating around in the bug reports which might be masking a working version. But when I tried the xorg package, it didn't work, so I'll just wait for either an all-clear notice or a newer version of the nvidia-drivers.
