I use KDE 3.5.2 and KDevelop 3.3.2 but it wants me to install some old KDE packages despite that I have "dev-util/kdevelop ~x86" in /etc/portage/package.keywords. This looks like a bug with the dependencies:
# emerge -Dpv kdevelop
