Exact same issue with me. When I decided to ignore my RAID and use my two hard disks without RAID, linuxwacom started failing at compiling time because of ~amd64. I used to use ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" in my old computer, but I see that with ~amd64 [in my new computer] lots of compiling fails, so I changed my mind to "amd64" and /etc/portage/package.keywords.
