I found that the problem is the gmplayer, but no mplayer.
I start mplayer from terminal, everything is fluent.
Is there any other way to use mplayer in xfce(just no use gmplayer)??

Here's a guess; you are running mplayer with different parameters. A
site that streams content slowly will take a minute or two to fill up
enough of the cache to start playback. The GNOME link might point to a
different mplayer config file with a much smaller cache setting, and/or
a smaller threshold before playback begins. Can you look at your GNOME
launcher that starts mplayer, and see what the parameters are?
