The issue is, I need to keep mysql 4.1.x version for my job. OTOH, say, last dev-libs/apr-util needs mysql 5.x version. The mysql package isn't slotted, and this fact is rather strange (4.0.x, 4.1.x and 5.x versions are _very_ different, and all are widely used in real servers).
