This is an old problem! The header config.h got removed from the kernel source 
in directory /usr/src/linux/include/linux but many drivers were not updated 
to reflect this. I think your options are:

1. Find a copy in an old kernel source
2. Make a dummy file (it doesn't do much)
3. Symlink to autoconf.h in the same directory
