The kernel config is correct and I have tried about every combination possible just for kicks. It use to work with a hard disk all the time. When I first changed it to diskless it worked when it felt like it. But now it never works doesn't even seem to try. Could be the kernel I changed to 2.6.30.1 not to long ago but I need that version so can't go back.
