Just a slight precision: CRS.decode("EPSG:27200", true) is actually for
Hints.FORCE_LONGITUDE_AXIS_FIRST. The Hints.LENIENT_DATUM_SHIFT is rather set in
CRS.findMathTransform(sourceCRS, targetCRS, true);
