Ciao Martin, daniele will give you more details, but basically the refraction m2 repo is temporary down, therefore you are unable to download the update dependencies for the 2.5.x branch. As I said daniele should be able to give you a temporary workaround, but we wil probably add a new and more reliable repo soon.
