Um can you translate WSO2 WSAS 2.3.1? Is it websphere? Nope appears to be something based on apache...
So this is probably something specific you your application server ... when you say "Add to my classath" what exactly did you do? Some application severs refer to the system CLASSPATH; some only will let you play with jars packaged in your WAR etc...
