Kind of an emergency!

I was taking Gaget out to get a picture of her and she started to climb out
of my hand so I went to lower her into the cage and instead she fell out of
my hand and landed on the rim on the aquarium and then fell into the
cage....she acts okay, but im a little worried because i had seen giget mount
her before....if she is pregnant would it be any harm to the pups? and if
shes not pregnant will it harm her??
Shes real alert but I still need to know
