How were the pups injured? Did the parents turn on them? As to your male, this sounds similar to a coma. Can you wake him or disturb him at all? If not, I suspect that he is in a coma and there is very little that you can do to help him. A visit to the vets may assist, however, if he's unconscious there is really very little you can do for him.
