Top of the Lake China Girl episode 5 download problems

Hi
I am having problems downloading the following episode of the Top of the Lake

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/p057mnc6/top-of-the-lake-china-girl-5-whos-your-daddy

I have tried by description and the examples below by --pid and --url,
I even tried it with a --force (although it is not in my download
history)

Each time it just comes back to the command prompt with no errors, I
have managed to download episodes 1-4 without problem and currently
downloading episode 6, it plays in iplayer (although very stop start
due to my very slow connection, which is why I use get_iplayer).

I am still using V3.0 on XP with an older copy of ffmpeg.exe but I am
not experiencing problems with any other programs.

Any suggestions welcome.
