It does. Look at all those "403 No Protocol" errors. If you can't download the stream information, GiP won't be able to access them. You got the best 25fps stream available in both cases. As to why you get those errors, I haven't a clue. The URLs clearly have protocols included, and you would see a different error if they didn't, so the errors must refer to problems on the BBC side or somewhere in between.
