Hi,
If I `--streaminfo --pid b0b9dzbx' then it includes this output,
reformatted for clarity.

On downloading, output includes
INFO: Downloading tv: 'This Week - 05/07/2018 (b0b9dzbx) [original]'
INFO: Downloaded: 719.21 MB (00:48:21) @ 100.94 Mb/s (hvfxsd1/bi)
[audio+video]
The only `hvfxsd1' in the stream info is the third line, 704x396,
but `ffmpeg -i' correctly says `960x540',
Stream #0:0(und): Video: h264 (Main) (avc1 / 0x31637661),
yuv420p(tv, bt709), 960x540 [SAR 1:1 DAR 16:9], 1586 kb/s, 25
fps, 25 tbr, 90k tbn, 50 tbc (default)
that means one of the last was retrieved, `hvfxsd2' or `hvfxsd3'.
Presumably `hvfxsd2' because that's a `bidi' that matches the `bi' CDN
in the claimed `hvfxsd1/bi'?
Am I misunderstanding, or is get_player misleading when stating the
stream?
Hi Ralph
I don't understand the question. I have never used --streaminfo, and
was not aware of its existence. I would have used
--info --verbose
I can see that --streaminfo is more compact. Even so there are three
hvfxsd modes
hvfxsd1 bidi 960x540 25fps
hvfxsd2 limelight 960x540 25fps
hvfxsd3 akamai 960x540 25fps
which are consistent with what ffmpeg is telling you. I havn't yet
played this programme, but last week's was showing 960x540p25 in OpenPLi.
Best wishes
Richard
