Tried this twice but with identical results.

Hi Chris

Nothing to be concerned about. Although my download was 27m13s, the programme plays in full plus a continuity announcement at the end. I note from my logs that I downloaded the same programme on 13th Feb 2017 when the downloaded programme was 26m49s - on that occasion, the programme played in full but without the continuity announcement at the end.

Some radio programmes have been known to be truncated (usually a problem at the Beeb's end, where due care has not been taken, rather than a download). Although I've never reported the radio ones, I have on, a number of occasions reported truncated TV programmes and, whenever possible, the Beeb have been very obliging and uploaded corrected versions.

I've had one hour programmes where only a few minutes played, but the worst has often been during Wimbledon when there have been 3 or even 4 visits to the courts. They really get in a muddle when they change the intended PID of the programme! On one occasion, visit 2 was totally screwed up and visit 3 was uploaded twice but with different PIDs! As I've said, they are usually very responsive in trying to correct errors.
