On this machine I don't have a fileprefix, so there are no substitutions.
Romeo_Juliet_-__b048smfj_original.mp4 was downloaded by v3.18 and
kubuntu 18.04.1. It will not download again unless I use --force.
Penguins_of_Madagascar_-__b05t1bdl_original.mp4 was downloaded by
v3.17. Under v3.18 it will download again without --force.
