So the ticket spammers have arrived at the GHC trac (having already
attacked the Hugs and Hackage ones). Deleting seekgzl would be a
stop-gap measure, but we need a real defence.
If anyone wants to delete spam on the other Tracs, then the little script in
~simonmar/bin/delete-ticket-changes will probably be useful.
I tried removing messages from the list archive, but it doesn't seem to be
possible without breaking the URLs of existing messages unfortunately.
