I was getting these too. Sandro and I worked on this for a while, and
this can be overcome by setting the environment variable 'GNASHRC' to
the directory '~/gnash/testsuite/' (assuming you have directories set up
in the standard way).

The problem is that the test runner doesn't find the gnashrc file which
allows access to the media directory.
