I hope gnash isn't implementing these. Before we do, there should be
a default policy of refusing to store any; and a viewer-accessible
menu interface for seeing, setting, and controlling them. (Similar to
the Extended Cookie Manager for Firefox cookies.)
The default should be no tracking. Opt-in only.
