How about 'if not'? :) There's a fine line between genius and insanity. > If not, maybe we should put something together. It's not > just a conference about Open Source, it's an Open Source conference! I wonder what RedHat's thought on it would be. It's not like they're getting two grand from me if a CentOS conference didn't exist - sorry that's Fortune 1000 clams. I think that's the general idea on CentOS - better to have poor fans than no fans. If they have a conference company doing the event that might be a larger hurdle. If it were to happen, assuming multiple tracks, there would need to be an approval-voting system to select the venues, which could be expanded as the number of pre-paid attendees increased. -Bill ----- Bill McGonigle, Owner Work: 603.448.4440 BFC Computing, LLC Home: 603.448.1668 [EMAIL PROTECTED] Cell: 603.252.2606 http://www.bfccomputing.com/ Page: 603.442.1833 Blog: http://blog.bfccomputing.com/ VCard: http://bfccomputing.com/vcard/bill.vcf _______________________________________________ gnhlug-discuss mailing list gnhlug-discuss@mail.gnhlug.org http://mail.gnhlug.org/mailman/listinfo/gnhlug-discuss/
