I don't understand why you are changing your entire internal network just because you have a different ISP. Set up the home network however you want, with private addresses. Have that served by a single wireless router. Meanwhile coming in from the outside you have two ISPs, each terminating in a router at your house. Now connect the single internal router to the two external ones. Ideally, you could just have the internal one have two DHCP servers with a priority or something, but there probably isn't any firmware that does that. You may need a real computer between them.
