This is not gonna work. What you can do with smtp is to control the access from
ip numbers. Of course you have to have relaying denied for everybody (this is
common in the distributions lately), and let sendmail know where to look for
the host list that are permitted to use it as a relay:
FR-o /etc/mail/sendmail.cR 
And that file is a list of the names of the relay boxes. This is usually the
job of the company where they get the dialup from, since they have full control
over their ip numbers. Who/when/from where/etc., in case of spam letters.
So how is it going now? Still not perfect?
