After taking a screenshot, a dialog opens "gnome-screenshot"

Name / Save in folder / Copy to Clipboard options are available.

It would be nice if next to "Copy to Clipboard" if there were a crop button
that allowed a quick selection to be made from where the image is shown.

It is possible to take a screenshot of a specific area of the screen with
shift-printscreen, however, a use case where this isn't usable is when you
open a webpage and have a select list expanded. (Try
https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_select )

It is possible to take a screenshot of the full viewport with printscreen
that captures the select list & options. However, I have to then open
another tool to crop out the extraneous info.
