Hi Andreas, Thank you for being willing to be a mentor for the program! Could you please add GNOME Art and the description of the types of projects you can mentor to the participating projects list?
http://live.gnome.org/GnomeWomen/OutreachProgram2010#participating-projects We are in the middle of the application process right now with an application deadline October 25 and it's possible that you will be contacted by other applicants interested in graphic design. Please let me know if you have any questions about the program! Especially if we specify that we want one or two variants of it to choose from, exploring different approaches. For a longer project, perhaps something related to Snowy would be good. The website graphics is already taken care of [1], but perhaps some texts for a information website and printed material could be good. Another idea, if it turns out this person is good at logos, maybe we can assign her to doing logos. I'm sure we could find other logos that needs to be (re)done in GNOME. I would be happy to mentor something like this. Will also give some more thinking to this and ask around among the other designers and see if there is anything else that needs done. 1. http://live.gnome.org/Snowy/DesignerPlayground - Andreas _______________________________________________ gnome-themes-list mailing list gnome-themes-list@gnome.org To unsubscribe (and more): http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/gnome-themes-list
