I suspect you are misunderstanding what "Forward URL" means for GnuDIP.
The value specified for the "Forward URL" text entry item on the "Current
Settings" page is used in conjunction with the "Set Auto URL" button on the
"User Options" page. These two items together allow you to configure your
browser to update your IP address when you start your browser. Enter a valid
URL for "Forward URL" on the "Current Settings" page, then return to the
"User Options" page and use the "Set Auto URL" button. On the "Auto URL
Cookie Set" page that follows, use the "Click Here to Test Auto URL Cookie"
button.
I never liked this feature, and it was a pain to rewrite, but it was a
feature of the original version of GnuDIP, and some GnuDIP site operators
told me that their users did use it.

I have installed GNUDIP in my Redhat Linux box, and everything is
working fine. However, there is a function for user called "Forward URL", i
found it seems not working, how can i make it work?
I have typed URL correctly in it, but don't know why it does
work out.

Forward URL : http://abc.dyn.you.net:81/abc/
