Could someone give an opinion on https://gitlab.com/gnutls/gnutls/-/issues/1077 ?
The current situation seems to be that the GnuTLS documentation is just plain wrong (and needs fixing). But it's also possible that this is a bug in the implementation; that the documented action was intended but never committed, or got lost.
