Curious to know about this building history If it was build during pre-liberation era, just wondering
what was here before Army took it over?
One can see from outside from the road that there are two beautiful sideway (semi-circular)
stair cases to reach the fist floor at the entrance hall. Sadly, there are always armed military guards outside
the entrance day and night walking up and down
