Luis Leopoldo Flores was brother of Cosmes Flores. Cosmes was father of Bento Manuel Flores whose sons are Ralph (Gothenburg, Sweden), Noel (Vienna, Austria) and several others. Their late sister Marina was married to my friend and Loutulim neighbour, Antonio Gomes (Mt Sinai, NY).
Luis also took his nephew, Antonio Flores (Cosmes' brother) to Thailand, which, I think, at that time was still called Siam.

I have not been able yet to trace Luis Leopoldo Flores, but José Joaquim Campos was Goan doctor (in medicine) in Calcutta. Wrote about the Portuguese in Bengal (still a classic) and also about the Portuguese trade-counter in Thailand. Perhaps the Campos you mention could be a relation of this Campos.
