He hails from Assolna ,Velim Constituency. He is popularly known as Brain Box after his coaching institute 'Brain Box Institute' He studied in Regina Martyrum, Assolna, St Xaviers ,Velim, Monte de Gurim, Chowgule College Margao (1979) Professionally he is trained as DET at St Xaviers Technical Institute .Bombay .His coaching institutes functioned for 33 years in Bombay and Goa and was popular and well patronised .He has now called it a day. His wife handled students from Std I to std VII and he himself taught from std VIII to Std XII the subjects Maths, Science ,Biology (PCB).Besides he encouraged students of Maths (std VIII.) CUNCOLIM united Std. XI (Maths )with cash awards ,potraits and citations. The recipient are from AVC & AVCC Schools .Posh School , Navelim. In sports he represented National Schools, in wrestling ,Nehru Cup Hockey ,Delhi under 17 years and was recipient of National Scholarship in sports. He has participated in Gymnastics too He is crusader for Social causes ,Communal violence,SEZ, CRZ, EVM, COAL pollution, River Sal pollution double tracking,participated in protest in Delhi on illegal bungalow at Old Goa to name some and was active member of Goa Bachan Abiyan . His compassion for welfare involveled accompanying of patients to various places even outside Goa for medical treatment/ services and guidance. He airs his views on Anthony D Silva 9724 U Tube channel with a subscriber base of 7300 viewers.He has obliged PCTrust with a video promoting Dr.Jack De Sequeira memorial scholarship for topper at SSC ,GBSHSE instituted by well wishers and friends The same has reached around 2500 viewers..He lends his voice on current issues on various musical videos .
