"इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड का मामला अगर जापान में हुआ होता तो क्या होता? भारत की जगह अगर जापान में सवाल उठ रहा होता कि एक कंपनी के यहां छापे पड़े और उसने सत्तारूढ़ दल के लिए बॉन्ड ख़रीदा तो क्या होता? जिस तरह से भारत सरकार और प्रधानमंत्री इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड को लेकर हो रहे पर्दाफाश पर चुप्पी साध कर बैठे हैं, उस चुप्पी को तोड़ने का एक ही तरीका है कि जापान की बात की जाए। जापान की सरकार में चुनावी चंदे के लेकर भ्रष्टाचार की ख़बर आई तो वहाँ के प्रधानमंत्री ने नौ मंत्रियों का इस्तीफ़ा करवा दिया। क्या हमारे पीएम जापान के पीएम से आइडिया लेकर इलेक्टोरल बॉन्ड के मामले में कुछ बोलेंगे? वैसे आजकल वो जितने मीडिया कार्यक्रमों में जा रहे हैं उसे देखकर तो लगता है कि इसकी नौबत नहीं आएगी।" "What would have happened if the electoral bond case took place in Japan?
