Here's a cv of my long-time friend Dr Pramod Kale, to those who would
like to know him better. His introductory comment read: "In case you
feel you haven't had enoughof me recently ,I am forwarding an old CV
which I lifted from my wife's computer files.During her two tenures in
the Philippines-first as Reepresentative of the Unicef and later after
her retirement from that organization as the President of a U.S.NGO
based there I had the opportunity of teaching short term courses in
three of their leading Universities-UP, Delasalle and Ateneo. What a a
contrast they provided to their U.S. and Indian counterparts.It was a
wonderful experience for both of us; the people are so welcoming and
genuinely friendlly -- inspite of their historical experience -which
they merrily summarize as 300 years in a Convent [under the Spanish,of
course] and 75 years in a brothel [under the Americans, of
course]."
