[Goanet] Goa bishop in Sao Francisco

The visit of the bishop of Goa to Sao Francisco should not have figured in the 
goanet in the first case as it was his private engagement. . Secondly there is 
no need for anyone to apologies for writing against his visit. Did the Bishop 
tender his apology when he insulted the elected representatives of Goa ,I mean 
MLAs  and ministers when they were invited for a dinner on Christmas day?
