To Goanet - Datta Damodar Naik - he calls himself a thinker, I call him a stinker - has been made a member of the Task Force for the Regional Plan 2021 by his buddy Digu. Prima facie this does not pass the smell test (the stinker's stink notwithstanding). Datta Naik is a builder himself and in common parlance he has, what is known as, a "conflict of interest."
Why is the stinker Datta Damodar Naik part of the Task Force but not an honest, intelligent man like Matanhy Saldanha? Warm regards, r
