My question to Goans IN Goa is; does Goa have a municipality that looks after
the health, hygiene and environment of Goa? Ministry or something and what are
they doing?
Is this the way to welcome Phoreign Tourists in Goa, OR is Goa Govt using
this as a means of deterrent.
