I would title this article as THE TRAGEDY OF GOANS. Shoba De has touched many
issues in this article but all these issues are not new we have been reading
them over and over again , listening on BBC.CNN.NDTV etc but no action , only
bombardment of words.

Goa has degenerated to the worst as the state is lawless /orderless and
ordourless, we goans are to be blamed. The muscle and money power has take
charge of all the issues in Goa and a common Goenkar is only Gazing up the sky
or ready to take off to middleast or some European country , he/she are less
bothered what is happening in and to Goans.

As regards Fiona's case ,i blame the mother entirely for such neglect,
irresponsibility and careless attitude , why is she waiting to name the people
behind the murder now , why did she not name them before, as regards foreigners
taking over the state , hatts off to them since our Goenkars are running out ,
if every goenkar is moving out there must be someone to come in for investment
purposes. If outsiders have a sense of solidarity and unity whenever they
invest in Goa , why can't Goenkars have the same sense? If outsiders can get
positive returns from their investment in Goa why can't we invest and succeed
in the same way , why why ? What is the problem with Goenkars , why criticise
the outsiders when we Goenkars can't give back positive returns to our
motherland , we are ready to settle down overseas and dictate terms as to why
, what, how, which etc but not ready to change the mind set of Goenkars and the
degrading situation in Goa.

Let's act more and talk less.

After witnessing the present scenario in Goa i strongly feel that we were
better off under the portuguese rule, i don't blame the indian rule but most of
the politicans have made a mess and mockery of the democratic system.
