This must rank as one of the five most bizarre stories ever to have been filed in this issue. Bosco is one of the more competent cops in the Goa Police, but then this quote from him is so bizzare... How can you ascertain the exact time when the hymen tore? In this case 6 o'clock? The ever vigilant Kamat swallowed this story? We are talking about a post mortem of a dead body here here and not discussing the benefits of Brahma mahurat!!!
