Wasn't Rajan Parrikar the first to call for Oscar Rebello's resignation from

Comment:
Was Rajan a man ahead of his times or one of the campaigners who initiated the
insidious campaign against Dr Oscar Rebello which has taken a toll on one of
the best public faces who galvanised the people of Goa against corruption? The
loss is not of Dr Oscar but goans. Rajan has accomplished his job and is back
in the US (according to Samir). The others left behind have to bear the brunt.
Another goan crab story to narrate to our grandchildren.

Regards,

Marshall
